If you wish to return an order (or items from your order) purchased from Nailsnmore.in ( 5th View Retail ), you may do so within 7 days to our Head Office from the day you receive the goods and we will refund you in full (excluding any delivery charges) via the original payment method used. An email will be sent confirming the refund.

It will be your responsibility to cover the cost of returning the goods and also ensure that the goods are adequately packed. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage when you return the goods to us. You should retain your Proof of Postage in order to provide proof to us that you have returned the products, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel. We recommend you ship via a traceable service to ensure successful delivery.

If:

The product delivered is not what you ordered (including any Substitute Products), or does not correspond with its description OR

The product delivered is damaged

Nails & More will, at its discretion, deliver to you a replacement product or refund to you the price paid and your reasonable costs of returning the products.

Please send it to Nails & More, Office @ First Floor, Besides Tapnath Mahadev Temple, Palanpurgam, Gauravpath Road, Surat, Gujarat - 395009 with a copy of your original delivery note, your order number, contact details and if you would like a refund or an exchange.
